Swim when the sun is high, gather on the lawn as it drops, and watch the cottages light up after dark. Our team takes care of the details, so the only decision left is who gets the loft.
Pine-panelled interiors, tall triangle windows and a deck that steps onto the poolside. Every cottage has air-conditioning, a private bathroom with hot water, a mini fridge and a kettle.

Loft Cottage
Two king-size beds on two levels, one on the ground floor and one in the loft beneath the triangle window. Just right for a family of two adults and two children.
All four cottages, the pool, lawn, machan and common hall, for your group and no one else. The simplest way to host a birthday, a family reunion or a team retreat.

Please keep music at a reasonable level. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, out of respect for other guests and neighbours.
Whole-property bookings may request a music extension until 11:30 PM, subject to prior approval.
Alcohol, smoking and substances
Enjoy drinks responsibly within your cottage or private area. Alcohol is not served to anyone under 21.
No smoking inside rooms; please use the outdoor areas. Illegal substances are strictly not permitted.
Pool and outdoor areas
Please shower before entering the pool and keep glass and food away from the water.
Children must be with a responsible adult at all times near the pool or bonfire. Non-swimmers should use floatation aids.
Visitors and vehicles
Let us know at check-in if you expect day visitors; a day-use fee applies. No unannounced visitors after 9:00 PM.
Please park in the designated areas. We are not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please keep them leashed in common areas and away from the pool. A refundable deposit applies.
Events, decorators and drones
For events or external decorators, please coordinate with us in advance. A refundable deposit is required and all décor must be cleared by 10:00 AM the following day.
Drone flying and commercial shoots require prior written approval. Personal photographs are always welcome — tag us @rainbow_farms.official.
Safety, belongings and damages
Use of the pool, bonfire, farm terrain and outdoor areas is at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
Guests with known allergies should carry their own medication, as the property is a natural, open environment.
Damage to rooms or fixtures is charged at repair or replacement cost. Excessive soiling or in-room smoking attracts a cleaning surcharge.
The booking guest is responsible for everyone in their group. In case of serious misconduct, we may ask guests to leave the premises.
